STEVEN ELI

Sun Way Street is an international duo consisting of singer-songwriter Steven Eli and multi-instrumentalist Leor Manelis. Their first EP with 3 songs was released on 15 September 2023.

In 2020, the duo met online in the midst of a pandemic while trying to stay creative in a very uncertain time in the world. Steven, who hails from Ireland, and Leor, who lives in the mountains of Colorado, joined forces remotely, wrote songs together and even released an LP titled "You" in 2022. In 2023, Steven hopped on a plane and flew to Colorado to meet Leor in person for the first time. Within hours of meeting, they recorded inspired tracks in Leor's studio and later moved to the local Coalesce Audio Studios with master engineer David Wilton to finalise the songs. They brought in accomplished Colorado musicians like Megan Burtt (vocals), Adrienne Short (violin) and Tyler Cuchiara (piano) to add new flavours to the songs.
