Soca Colours, die karibische Farben-Party im Holi Festival-Stil, ist zurück in der Galvanik!

Das Swiss Soca Festival feiert karibische Kultur, welche genau genommen, ein bunter Kulturmix ist. Denn die Karibik ist bis heute ein Schmelztopf. Daher kommt es auch, dass Soca nebst vielen afrikanischen auch indische Elemente enthält.

Unter diesem Einfluss steht auch die Soca Colours Party. Diese Festival-Eröffnung – auch J’Ouvert genannt – feiert den Festivalstart mit einer bunten Farbenpracht. Ganz nach dem Vorbild des indischen Holi-Festivals.

Am Eingang erhältst du eine Ration J’Ouvert Farbe, dein J’Ouvert T-Shirt und kannst gleich selbst damit loslegen, deinen Festival Start (und übrigens auch deine Freunde) so bunt zu gestalten wie es dir beliebt.

Um 22:00 wechseln wir das Ambiente und tauschen das Farb-Pulver in Neon-Farben. Im Innenbereich der Galvanik geht’s mit der legendären Soca Colours Neon Fete weiter.
An den Decks stehen nationale und internationale Soca-DJs und Soca-Singers, welche es wie wenige sonst verstehen das Publikum anzuheizen und ein Festival-Weekend gebührend zu eröffnen.

Auch fürs leibliche Wohl ist gesorgt: Das Galvanik Barteam mixt die besten Cocktails und die Trinbago-Suisse Association aus Genf kredenzt die besten Doubles (Nationalgericht aus Trinidad & Tobago).

Swiss Soca Festival celebrates Caribbean culture, which actually is a whole mix of cultures. Up until today the Caribbean is a big and unique melting pot of cultures. That’s why Soca inherits many African, but also Indian elements. The Colour J’Ouvert event is inspired by exactly those Indian influences. That festival opening is celebrated in a beautiful colourfulness.
At the entrance you will receive your pack of J’Ouvert (Holi-) Powder, as well as your J’Ouvert T-Shirt. From then you can start colouring your evening (and your friends) as colourful as you want. After 10pm the event will continue inside. We will change the powder with neon colours and celebrate the music and culture at the legendary Soca Colours Neon fete.
At the decks national and international Soca-DJs and -artists will take care of the rest: heat up the audience and make the event a memorable one.

No good event without great drinks and food: Therefore the Galvanik barteam will provide the best choice of longdrinks and the Trinbago-Suisse Association from Geneva will come to Zug and prepare their delicious doubles (national dish form Trinidad & Tobago).
