A.W.A.

A.W.A. is an acronym for "another wandering artist". A project by artist Ben Lana, who grew up between the beaches of Australia and the Alps of Switzerland. A.W.A is a musical journey within folk traditions that explores the depths of duality characterized by themes of self-discovery, letting go, hope and love. Rhythmic guitars and warm, melancholic lyrics celebrate nature and its immense power through humble and vulnerable narratives. The project initially developed as a street musician in London, Paris, Barcelona and many other places. When it finally settled in Switzerland, a first EP entitled "wandering darkness" was released in 2020. In October 2023 the new EP/album "WONDERING LIGHT" will be released.
